Inclusion Criteria
Adults and elderly aged between 45 and 80 years old; assisted by the Unified Health System at the Memory Clinic at the UNISUL; Cognitive assessment performed by MoCA with a score above 12.
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals with dementia or with visual impairment or physical/mental condition that disallow to move at the University and attending an intervention using a desktop computer with internet.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to find an increase in BDNF, increase in S100beta and decrease in Neuron Specific Enolase, significant changes with p-value less than 0.05, after 3 months of intervention with Oficina da Lembrança, a complex program of cognitive stimulation .
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to find a significant increase in the score obtained by MoCA cognitive test to indicate cognitive status, after 3 months of intervention with Oficina da Lembrança, a complex cognitive stimulation program.
