Inclusion Criteria
- •Day 2 to 7 postpartum
- •Hb between 6to 9gm / dl
- •Serum ferritin \<15microgram /dl
- •Patients willing for follow up
Exclusion Criteria
- •Anemia in failure
- •Acute maternal illness
- •Pulmonary Edema
- •History of allergy to injectable iron
- •Bronchial asthma
