Inclusion Criteria
- •People with an age equal to or greater than 60 years who have a cellular device that can support the use of the application and its resources
Exclusion Criteria
- •Having limitations to carry out the assessments included in the project, such as visual and auditory limitations and severe cognitive impairments; The Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) instrument, developed by Folstein et al (1975\), will be used, which allows the assessment of cognitive function and the tracking of dementia conditions. cognitive performance or application design
