- •Diagnosis and treatment of an oncological disease in childhood or adolescence (before the 18th birthday)
- •- Completed regular oncological aftercare (at least 5 years after the end of treatment of the primary oncological disease)
- •- at least 6 months after completion of radiotherapy/chemotherapy, at least 12 months after completion of a stem cell transplant (e.g. in the case of relapses, secondary neoplasia)
- •- Good understanding of the German language

- •- persons unable to give consent
- •- already involved in interdisciplinary aftercare consultation in the past
- •- currently undergoing oncological therapy
