Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosis and treatment of an oncological disease in childhood or adolescence (before the 18th birthday)
  • \- Completed regular oncological aftercare (at least 5 years after the end of treatment of the primary oncological disease)
  • \- at least 6 months after completion of radiotherapy/chemotherapy, at least 12 months after completion of a stem cell transplant (e.g. in the case of relapses, secondary neoplasia)
  • \- Good understanding of the German language

Exclusion Criteria

  • \- persons unable to give consent
  • \- already involved in interdisciplinary aftercare consultation in the past
  • \- currently undergoing oncological therapy
