Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Diagnosis and treatment of an oncological disease in childhood or adolescence (before the 18th birthday)
  • •\- Completed regular oncological aftercare (at least 5 years after the end of treatment of the primary oncological disease)
  • •\- at least 6 months after completion of radiotherapy/chemotherapy, at least 12 months after completion of a stem cell transplant (e.g. in the case of relapses, secondary neoplasia)
  • •\- Good understanding of the German language

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- persons unable to give consent
  • •\- already involved in interdisciplinary aftercare consultation in the past
  • •\- currently undergoing oncological therapy
