- •ASA 1 and ASA 2
- •Elective endoscopic nasal surgeries
- •Male and female
- •age\-18 to 60 year
Exclusion Criteria
- •Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics
- •alcoholic and drug abuse
- •any neurologic ,psychiatric,cardiovascular,renal,hepatic diseases
