Inclusion Criteria

Defecation frequency of less than 3 times per week
Age of 4 years or older
Abnormal stool form
Confirmed constipation according to the Rome IV criteria

Exclusion Criteria

Neuropathic bowel dysfunction ;
Inflammatory disease
Metabolic disease
