- •Post SCI duration > 6 months
- •LEMS ≤ 5/25
- •Maintain upright position > 2 hours
- •Can follow gesture command
排除标准
- •On spinal orthosis
- •Neck and shoulder pain interfering shoulder movements
- •Passive shoulder flexion or abduction less than 120 degree
- •Recent injury of shoulder girdle
- •Structural deformity of spine (kyphosis, scoliosis
- •Upper extremity amputation
- •Hypertensive urgency (BP>180/110) or Febrile (Fever T >38.5 degree)
- •Recent acute coronary syndrome or dyspnea on exertion
- •Blindness both eyes
- •Pressure ulcer at ischium
