2. Aged between 35-55 years
3. Good communication and co-operation
4. Thai native speakers
5. Non-specific chronic neck pain for more than three months which is defined as being the following: pain in the posterior cervical spine, from the superior nuchal line to the spine of the scapula and from the superior border of the clavicle to the suprasternal notch, with or without referred pain up (proximally to) the head or (distally) down the arm, is known as neck pain.
