Inclusion Criteria
Patient clinically presenting with lumbago, pygalgia or lower back or buttock pain isolated or associated with radiculopathy
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with painful symptoms associated with another obvious aetiology like fracture of vertebra or of transverse process, any malignancy, infection, trauma , muscular spasm.(evaluated through history , examination)
