Inclusion Criteria
- •patient aged \>18 years with a definite diagnosis meeting sepsis 3 criteria
Exclusion Criteria
- •myocardial infarction ,hypovolemia shock , trauma, seizure, preexisting liver or renal disease, malignancy,carbon monoxide poisoning ,cyanide poisoning , limb /mesenteric ischemia, respiratory failure , drugs like salicylates , methanol, ethylene glycol, ART, isoniazid.
