Inclusion Criteria
Age more than 18 years old
brachial plexus injury, which involved elbow flexion
No previous surgery
Able to follow up at least 2 years
Exclusion Criteria
Brain or spinal cord injury
Traumatic amputation of limb
Previous psychologic problem
Birth brachial plexus palsy
