入选标准
- •Patient giving informed consent.
- •Patients planned for laproscopic colecystectomy between age 18 to 60 years of either gender.
- •ASA Grade I and II.
- •Weight between 45kgs-75kgs.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal.
- •ASA Grade III or IV.
- •Patient who are allergic to study drugs.
- •Pregnant or lactating female.
- •Patient with known history of substance abuse.
- •Hepatic, cardiovascular, renal, heamatological, neuromuscular disorder.
- •Patients with airway problems.
- •Those in whom procedure had to be converted to open cholecystectomy.

Through this study we will be able to know
时间窗: 24 months.
whether infusion of Dexmedetomidine or lidocaine is having better heamodynamic responses and post operative analgesia in patients undergoing laproscopic cholecystectomy.
