Inclusion Criteria
1.Outpatients who need to be given intravenous fluids for anesthesia under anesthesia.
2.Patients are male or female.
3.>18 year old
Exclusion Criteria
1.Inflammation or skin ulcers within the cannulation area.
2.Known case of hypersensitivity to local anesthetic.
3.Patients with communication difficulties.
4.Patients with impair sensory function of hand.
5.Known case of atopic dermatitis.
