1. Permanently employed and contract basis vector control workers
under the Ministry of Health who are directly involved in fogging activities in the state of Perak.
2. Vector control workers working in the District Health Office (DHO) of Perak that are directly involved in fogging activities and able to read and understand Bahasa Malaysia.
1. Vector control workers with hearing loss as due to other causes
besides work such as ear infection, perforated tympanic membrane and other conductive hearing loss conditions.
2. Administrative staff that are not involved in fogging activity.
