Inclusion Criteria

1. Those who voluntarily agreed to participate in this study and signed the IRB approval letter after explaining the characteristics of this study among patients who visited the family medicine department
2. Adults over 20 years of age when obtaining consent form
3. Insomnia lasts more than 3 days a week for more than 3 months even in a sufficient sleep environment, causing functional problems
4. Patients who can understand and speak Korean
5. Patients who are able to complete the study without participating in other intervention studies (drug, diet, and exercise intervention studies) during the study period
6. Patients who are not restricted from participating in physical activities during the study period

Exclusion Criteria

1. Those who have been diagnosed with sleep disorders on DSM-5 other than Insomniac disorder (excessive sleep disorder, narcolepsy, respiratory sleep disorder, circadian rhythm sleep-awareness disorder, event sleep)
2. A person who needs to be hospitalized due to an uncontrolled medical condition
3. Those whose physical or mental abilities are insufficient for the researchers to wear activities
4. Person who has no decision-making ability to decide whether to participate in the research on his own (if he has dementia or psychotic symptoms)
5. A person who has attempted suicide within the last three months and is considered by a psychiatrist to be at high risk of suicide
6. If there is a new or ongoing cognitive behavioral therapy or psychotherapy within the last three months,
