Inclusion Criteria
1. patients age >70 years old undergoing complex spine surgery
2. American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical status 1-3
3. postoperative hospital stay at least 5 days
4. inform consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. hearing, reading, visual, speaking impairment
2. unable to speak Thai language
3. have prior neurological or psychiatric problem
4. receive drug with neurological effect
