Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. patients age \>70 years old undergoing complex spine surgery
- •2\. American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical status 1\-3
- •3\. postoperative hospital stay at least 5 days
- •4\. inform consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. hearing, reading, visual, speaking impairment
- •2\. unable to speak Thai language
- •3\. have prior neurological or psychiatric problem
- •4\. receive drug with neurological effect
