Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. patients age \>70 years old undergoing complex spine surgery
  • •2\. American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical status 1\-3
  • •3\. postoperative hospital stay at least 5 days
  • •4\. inform consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. hearing, reading, visual, speaking impairment
  • •2\. unable to speak Thai language
  • •3\. have prior neurological or psychiatric problem
  • •4\. receive drug with neurological effect
