Edema - higher occurrence in non-isotretinoin group at every session. no difference in severity. Crusting- in the first session non-isotretinoin has significantly higher proportion of severe crusting (p 0.006) however no statistical significance was found after 2nd and 3rd session Erythema - no statistical significance of severity proportion was found between two groups Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation no significant in severity proportion was observed throughout the study.
