- •-Patients who are willing to participate in the study.
- •-age group of 30-55 years
- •-Patients who are available during the period and data collection.
- •-Both male and female patients.

- •Subjects with any musculoskeletal disorders, neurological disorders, and any other cardio respiratory disorders.
- •Patients who has critical condition.
- •Patients who are previously trained.
