- •1. age equal or more than 18 years old
- •2. hospital admission for elective CABG surgery
- •3. eligible to communicate
排除标准
- •1. endotracheal intubation period during post operation more than 36 hours
- •2. re intubation during post operation period due to post operative complication
- •3. hemodynamic instability
- •4. unable to perform test for maximal inspiratory pressure due to post operative complication ,worsening symptoms of the disease, etc.
