Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. age equal or more than 18 years old
- •2\. hospital admission for elective CABG surgery
- •3\. eligible to communicate
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. endotracheal intubation period during post operation more than 36 hours
- •2\. re intubation during post operation period due to post operative complication
- •3\. hemodynamic instability
- •4\. unable to perform test for maximal inspiratory pressure due to post operative complication ,worsening symptoms of the disease, etc.
