- •1.Patients with age 15 years or more who have hypoxemia defined as PaO2 less than 70 mmHg at room air who require flexible bronchoscopy for diagnosis of abnormal pulmonary lesions.
- •2.Patients give consent form

- •1.Contraindications for NIV or HFNC.
- •2.Indications for intubation
- •3.Preexisting invasive ventilation
