- •1. Age group 25-55 years.
- •2. Subjects who are apparently healthy.
- •3. Probing pocket depth and clinical attachment level of 4-6 mm
- •4. Radiographic evidence of horizontal bone loss.
- •5. Subjects who are willing to give informed consent for the study.
排除标准
- •1. Radiographic evidence of vertical bone loss.
- •2. Subjects who has history of drug allergy.
- •3. Any form of tobacco consumption.
- •4. Pregnancy or lactating females.
- •5. History of any form of periodontal therapy in the past 1 year.
