- •Have and can use smartphone by yourself
Exclusion Criteria
- •Quit the study
- •Loss follow up
- •Do exercise less than 4 times/weeks
- •Previous stroke or Neurological disease
- •Craniofacial malformation or abnormalities
- •Used Hypnotic drugs
