Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Adult patients with pre\-capillary pulmonary hypertension, defined as mPAP \=25 mmHg and PAWP \=15 mmHg
  • •Consent by Broad Consent der Lungenbiobank Heidelberg der Datenverarbeitung von Daten der klinischen Routine (retrospective inclusion) or the specific declaration of consent (prospective inclusion).

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Minors and patients incapable of consent
  • •\- Patients with congenital or acquired heart defects with a shunt
  • •\- Acute cardiac decompensation
  • •\- patients with unclear determination of body weight or evidence of incorrect determination of body weight
