1. Age group : 18-30 years
2. Gender : Female
3. BMI:18-24 kg/ m2
4. Nulliparous female athletes
5. Recreational female athletes those who exercise 45-90 minutes, 2-3 times per week
6. Recreational athletes who complaint of SUI
7. Who can understand English
1. Pelvic fractures patients those who undergone previous gynaecological or
neurological operations for correction of stress incontinence.
2. Tumors
3. Urge incontinence
4. Psychological impairment
5. Any gynaecological infection menstruation
6. Diabetes mellitus
7. Not willing to participate in the study
