1) adults who are moe than 20 years old
2) gastrointestinal subepithelial tumor detected on endoscopy
3) long diameter of the subepithelia lesion more than 2 cm
4) tumor located on the submucosal layer or proper muscle layer
5) patients provided informed consent to the study
1) Patients with contraindication of endoscopic examination
2) severe cardiopulmonary disease
3) coagulation disorders (Plateles < 50,000 or Prothrombin Time < 50%)
5) Pregnancy or brest feeding women
6) Patients refused to informed consent to the study
