healthy young men
18 - 35 years
normal weight (BMI 20-25 kg/m²)
Exclusion Criteria
irregular sleep-wake cycle; acute or chronic internal, neurologic or psychiatric diseases; current medication of any kind; alcohol or drug abuse; smoking; shift work; extraordinary mental or physical strain; competitive athletes; diabetes mellitus type 2 in first-degree family members
