? Diagnosed patient of nonspecific low back pain.
? Patient who have agreed to sign informed consent and follow up the protocol.
? Patient who will be ready to discontinue NSAIDS or any other medications for any other conditions.
? Patient who will be having pain scale of minimum 30 mm.
? VAS score will be used to quantify pain and restriction of movement as mild, moderate and severe.
? Patients below the age of 18 and above the age of 65 years.
? Pregnancy and lactations.
? Patients with systemic disorders like CRF, CLD and cardiac dysfunctions.
? Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
? History of urticaria.
? Any skin disease on the localised area.
? Other types of Arthritis (Tubercular, infective arthritis etc).
Patients who have low back pain due to specific and known etiological causes (infection, tumour, osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis, fracture).
?Patients who are planning for vertebra surgery.
?Patients having any psychological disorders.
