Inclusion Criteria

Healthy individuals aged 18-60 years diagnosed with keratosis pilaris and symmetric keratosis pilaris on both arms of any severity were inclusion criteria of the study.

Exclusion Criteria

Exclusion criteria included a history of vitamin A analog, alpha-hydroxy acid, beta-hydroxy acid, or urea use within the past four months. In addition, the study did not include individuals with a history of esthetic procedures (e.g., chemical peels, laser treatments) on the surface of both arms, other skin conditions affecting both arms, and individuals who were currently pregnant or lactating.
