Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion criteri : discectomy surgeries with general anaesthesi , aged 20-60 years with ASA1-2
Exclusion criteri : history of hypertention; asthma; chronic obestructive pulmonary disease; dificult air way; risk factor of aspiration; recent air way infection and chronic cough

Name Time Method Spo2, HR, Bp, nausea and vomiting. Timepoint: Every 5 min to 30 min after extubation. Method of measurement: Pulse oximetry, manometer, visual analog scale.;Nausea. Timepoint: Post extubation. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.
