拟通过研究静脉输注利多卡因，探讨其对全麻患者术中各项监测指标、术后恢复质量、远期预后的影响及相关机制

Eligibility Criteria
- Ages
- 18 to 65 (—)

Inclusion Criteria
- •1.择期行全麻手术的患者；
- •3.体重指数（BMI）：18.5-28 kg/m2 之间；
- •4.ASA 分级：Ⅰ-Ⅲ级。
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.已知对利多卡因等酰胺类局麻药过敏者；
- •2.合并严重的心血管系统疾病的患者；
- •3.合并肝肾功能异常的患者；
- •4.合并有脑血管病的患者；
- •5.合并有精神类疾病的患者；
- •6.在前 2 周内长期使用阿片类药物、苯二氮卓类药物、非甾体抗炎药或任何作用于中枢神经系统的药物、药物滥用 / 酒精滥用等；
- •7.术前两周合并有呼吸道感染的患者。

体温（鼻咽温、肛温、腋温等）
术后咽痛评分
术后首次排气或排便时间

- 呼吸力学参数
- 各系统并发症发生率
