Inclusion Criteria
american society of anaesthesiologist grade 2 patients coming for elective and emergency caesarean section
Exclusion Criteria
1.patient not willing to be in study group
2.patients with allergic reaction to study drug
3.patients undergoing General Anaesthesia
4.patients with hypovolemia
5.Patients with stenotic valve diseases
6. patients with infection at the site of administering spinal anaesthesia
7.Patients with coagulopathy
