Inclusion Criteria
1.Only premolar extraction
2.No missing maxillary incisors, and molars
3.Fixed appliance treatment involving both arches; preadjusted edgewise appliances
4.Pretreatment records, study models available
Exclusion Criteria
1.Non extraction cases
2.Patients having craniofacial or dentofacial syndromes
3.Single-arch or sectional fixed appliance treatment
4.Cases requiring bonded retainers
5.Patients having poor periodontal status
6.Cases that have to be debonded prior to finishing and detailing stage of treatment
