Inclusion Criteria
1. patient undergo open thoracotomy
2. Age 18-65 year
3. ASA physical status I-III
Exclusion Criteria
previous ipsilateral opern thoracotomy
Dexmedetomidine allergy
chronic pain
opioid addiction
Ejection fraction (EF) less than 35
more than first degree AV block
GFR less than 30
Liver failure
Alter mental status
cannot accept or deny research
pyschiatric disorder
pregnancy
breast feeding
