Inclusion Criteria
1.Patient undergoing for elective surgery of anorectal cases under spinal (Sadal block) will be included in this study.
2.Patients with controlled diabetes mellitus and controlled hypertension those are fit for surgery.
3.Patients of planned ano-rectal surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Age below 20 years and above 50 years.
2.Patients of uncontrolled Hypertension (Blood pressure of patient should be within normal range with or without medication, Normal range of blood pressure:140/90 mm of Hg as per mentioned in ICD-10)
3.Pregnant and lactating female
4.Patients on anti-depressant and anti-psychotic treatment
