Participants in this study were from central region of Thailand; we recruited 80 participants who visited geriatric clinic, Outpatient department, Phramongkutklao Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand between April-May 2017. The enrolled participants were age > 60 years and willing to participate in all 5 activities.
Thai version of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) higher than 11 on anxiety or depression [18], Thai version of Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) less than 26 [19], had any conditions affecting participation in program activites, e.g. balancing problems, hearing impairment as well as any psychiatric diseases and neurological problems such as stroke.
