1. People who do not exercise with the age of 18-25 years, do not join any regularly exercise 3 months before joining the research, do not on regular exercise program more than 1 time/ week, at least 30 minutes each time
2. Healthy with no underlying disease
3.Do not taking food antioxidant supplements or all kinds of vitamins in a period of 3 months before joining the research
4. Do not drink alcohol and smoke regularly more than 2-3 times/ month.
5. Willing to participate in research
1. People with congenital diseases such as heart disease or chest pain, heart disease, diabetes, various types of cancer, thyroid disease, arthritis, immune system diseases, anemia, liver disease, kidneys, including those who seek veins to make blood collection difficult.
2. There is an abnormality while exercising, such as trembling, dizziness, fainting before exercising or there is a rapid increase of heartbeat when starting to exercise.
3. They are not able to complete the research.
4. They wish to stop the experiment.
