Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Stillbirth/ Intrauterine death
  • •Premature rupture of membrane (PROM)
  • •Preterm delivery
  • •Early onset Foetal growth restriction (FGR)
  • •Unexplained early Oligoamnios
  • •Uteroplacental insufficiency as evidenced by abnormal Dopplerâ??s (early onset)
  • •CNS findings
  • •Ventriculomegaly
  • •Intracranial calcification
  • •Echogenic Bowel loops

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Pregnant woman with a previously established genetic abnormality.
  • •Non\-consent individuals
