Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Stillbirth/ Intrauterine death
  • Premature rupture of membrane (PROM)
  • Preterm delivery
  • Early onset Foetal growth restriction (FGR)
  • Unexplained early Oligoamnios
  • Uteroplacental insufficiency as evidenced by abnormal Dopplerâ??s (early onset)
  • CNS findings
  • Ventriculomegaly
  • Intracranial calcification
  • Echogenic Bowel loops

Exclusion Criteria

  • Pregnant woman with a previously established genetic abnormality.
  • Non\-consent individuals
