1) 20-80 years old male and female
2) Patients who fully understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate in this study.
3) All patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy
1) If the patient does not agree with the treatment
2) you have severe or uncontrolled heart, lung, kidney, or mental problems
: systolic blood pressure <80 mmHg, body temperature> 39 ° C, Pulse oximeter <90%, patients with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), patients with Severe heart failure
Severe epilepsy, patients with adrenocortical insufficiency, acute severe infection, and pregnancy
3) Patients who have taken drugs that affect the central nervous system or who have allergy to the study drug,
Patients who have used general anesthesia within the last 7 days
4) Patients judged to be inappropriate by other researchers
