Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with non contributory history
  • •Permanent teeth without previous restoration
  • •Teeth with necrotic or infected pulp as diagnosed clinically and radiographically
  • •Teeth having adequate coronal structure for proper isolation, temporisation and restoration

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients on antibiotic therapy in last three months
  • •Pregnant Women
  • •periodical abscess
  • •Pretreatment cases
  • •calcified canals
  • •sinus opening
  • •immature apex
  • •internal and external resorption
  • •periodontal pockets greater than 5 mm
