Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with non contributory history
- •Permanent teeth without previous restoration
- •Teeth with necrotic or infected pulp as diagnosed clinically and radiographically
- •Teeth having adequate coronal structure for proper isolation, temporisation and restoration
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients on antibiotic therapy in last three months
- •Pregnant Women
- •periodical abscess
- •Pretreatment cases
- •calcified canals
- •sinus opening
- •immature apex
- •internal and external resorption
- •periodontal pockets greater than 5 mm
