Inclusion Criteria
Adults; both sexes; age from 18 to 59 years; body mass index (BMI) = 30 kg / m²
Exclusion Criteria
Volunteers undergoing clinical and / or drug treatments for weight reduction; use of cortisone and antiepileptic drugs; history of kidney and heart disease; alcohol abuse; smoking; use of vitamin supplementation; diagnosis of obesity due to genetic diseases
