入排标准
入选标准
- •1.parturient willing to give consent
- •2.parturient of age between 20-35 years with term pregnancy with period of gestation 37-42 weeks
- •3.parturient between pregnancy BMI 18.5-29.9kg/m2
- •4.haemodynamically stable
- •5.scheduled for LSCS under subarachnoid block
排除标准
- •1. parturients with arrythmias, gestational hypertension and twins
- •2.severe mitral or tricuspid regurgitation, severe aortic regurgitation
- •3.cardiac dysfunction, cerebrovascular disease and pulmonary edema
- •4.parturients having diabetes
- •parturients with BMI more than 30mg/m2
- •5.when LSCS needs to be converted to general anaesthesia
