Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.parturient willing to give consent
  • •2\.parturient of age between 20\-35 years with term pregnancy with period of gestation 37\-42 weeks
  • •3\.parturient between pregnancy BMI 18\.5\-29\.9kg/m2
  • •4\.haemodynamically stable
  • •5\.scheduled for LSCS under subarachnoid block

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. parturients with arrythmias, gestational hypertension and twins
  • •2\.severe mitral or tricuspid regurgitation, severe aortic regurgitation
  • •3\.cardiac dysfunction, cerebrovascular disease and pulmonary edema
  • •4\.parturients having diabetes
  • •parturients with BMI more than 30mg/m2
  • •5\.when LSCS needs to be converted to general anaesthesia
