Status after liver transplantation
- Clinically indicated liver biopsy
- Referral for ultrasound examination of the liver
- Written informed consent from patient (depending on developmental stage) and legal guardian

Exclusion Criteria

- Non-compliance by the patient
- No written consent from patient / legal guardian

To evaluate novel sonographic methods for characterisation of liver and spleen tissue with quantification of perfusion parameters, fibrotic changes, steatosis and signs of inflammation/rejection.<br>To establish sonography as an alternative/supplement to established invasive techniques for classification of liver parenchymal changes.
