Heterosexual, healthy couples, aged 18-35 years, no oral contraception; female participants have to be on their luteal phase while taking part in the experiment.
Parentship; pregnancy or willingness to become pragnant; oral contraception; intake of drugs with effects on the cardiovascular system; physical disabilities which might impair reaction time measures; study of psychology; psychotherapeutical treatment; psychic symptomatology (>10 points in the Brief Symptom Inventory); excessive alcohol intake; nicotine addiction; regular intake of drugs like cannabis.

Name Time Method Trust between couple partners and the implicit confidence in correctly estimating the partner's attitudes, measured by means of an interactive behavioral paradigm; implicit partner valence in contrast to an attractive person, measured by means of an implicit association test; heart rate and heart rate variability during different phases of the experiment.
