- 80
1) Elderly aged 60 or older who complained consistent cognitive decline and visited hospital for dementia work-ups
2) Subjects who underwent neuropsychological tests and brain MRIs
3) Normal performance on all domains of neuropsychological tests (at least -1 standard deviation)
4) Clinical dementia rating score 0
5) Subjects who can visit hospital and undergo follow up evaluations during the study period
6) Subjects who agreed with the study process
1) mild cognitive impairment or dementia
2) Other cerebral lesions which can cause cognitive impairments on brain MRI (hydrocephalus, cerebral hemorrhage, strategic infarction, tumor)
3) Other neurological disorders except Alzheimer's disease such as Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy
4) Subjects with severe hearing impairment who cannot undergo phone-based cognitive tests
