Elective surgical procedures lasting upto 120 min, surgeries in supine position, adults of both sex, BMI â�¥23 kg/m�² and â�¤40kg/m�², age â�¥18yrs and â�¤60yrs
Known or predicted difficult airway, mouth opening < 2.5 cm, surgeries in prone or lateral position, BMI <23 kg/m�² and >40 kg/m�², ASA IV patients, pathology of the neck or upper respiratory tract, abnormal head, airway or neck anatomy like recent radiotherapy, recent oral surgery, any oral or pharyngeal growth, presence of any significant acute or chronic lung disease, emergency surgeries, thoracic surgeries, neuro-surgeries, cardiac surgeries and airway surgeries, cervical spine injury, any mass compressing over the neck, pregnancy and refusal to participate.
