Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I- III.
Exclusion Criteria
Anticipated difficult airway or any such history
Congenital anomalies of head and neck
History of birth asphyxia
Coagulation defect
Any child with increased risk of aspiration
