1. Children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia who are in maintenance phase. (2)Male and female between 8 to 12 years (to ensure more homogenous sample in terms of developmental milestone achievements) (3)Literate parents giving consent and children giving assent to participate (4)Children belonging to Delhi-NCR
1.Children with other types of cancer and comorbid chronic physical illness
2. IQ <85 in screening test
3. Diagnosis of psychiatric illness
4. Any sensory or neurological impairment which would affect assessment and/or intervention
5. Uncooperative children and parents

Name Time Method Behaviour (measured through Child behaviour checklist) <br/ ><br>Post traumatic stress disorder sym,ptoms (measured through PTSD symptoms checklist) <br/ ><br>Quality of life (measured through PedsQOL <br/ ><br>Neuropsychological functioning (measured through NIMHANS neuropsychological batter) <br/ ><br>Conflicts/stressors (measured through Darw a person test)Timepoint: Assessments would be done at 3 different time points at baseline just after the recruitment, at the end of the intervention, and finally at the end of 6 months of the completion of the intervention.
