Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing GA with tracheal tube, controlled ventilation.BMI \<30, ASA 1 and 2 patients posted for cases lasting more than 30 minutes done under GA with endotracheal intubation and controlled ventilation
Exclusion Criteria
- •pregnant patients, anticipated difficult airway, chronic cardio respiratory disease, nasal obstruction, elevated ICP, GORD, SpO2 \<97 % preinduction
