Inclusion Criteria
Subjects had to have good general health condition
Exclusion Criteria
i habitual consumption of probiotics
ii systemic antibiotic medication taken within 2 weeks
iii allergy to cows milk lactose intolerance severe food allergy and
iv systemic diseases relate with immunity problem
V dental caries more than 2 teeth
VI smoking
